Return and Exchange Eligibility

Please review the conditions below to see if you’re eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return (excludes items discounted 15% or more).
  • For Clothing:
    • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • For Water Bottles & Mugs:
    • Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Items with pilling (for clothing), visible damage, markings, stains, or strong odors (e.g., smoke, cologne, detergent) may be subject to denial.
  • Due to hygiene concerns, once water bottles or mugs have been used, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please note: Our 14-day warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse or accidents.

If your product(s) meet the return conditions, our team will issue store credit (excluding shipping costs) to the email attached to your order. Store credits, coupon codes, or gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.

We reserve the right to deny returns after 14 days.

 

Item Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, please contact our support team at Info@hanaclothing.lk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
 

Out-of-Stock Exchanges

If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue store credit valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue.

 

Refund

Refund will only be provided by store credits and will do inspection and confirmation that the faulty item was dispatched via our warehouse. We offer FREE returns and exchanges for domestic orders.

Free returns are available exclusively through our designated courier service. Store credits will be issued after inspection, provided all return conditions are met.

Alternatively, you can visit our HANA store to return your order in person, as long as all return conditions are satisfied.
